What is Eligibility Assessment?
The marketplace, in certain states, does not provide the final Medicaid eligibility decision. Instead, an assessment is conducted by the marketplace and the application is passed to the agency of State Medicaid for conducting a final determination of eligibility, this is called the eligibility assessment.
