The DevOps team plays a critical role in 314e’s product success strategy. We earn our customers’ trust by ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure product delivery. Our technologies focus on automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes that drive operational efficiency and innovation. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure and deployment processes that support new product features and enhance system performance.

You will contribute to the technical vision, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve processes to ensure scalability and reliability. You enjoy tackling complex challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and enhancing our DevOps culture with a focus on automation, security, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Design, build and maintain core infrastructure pieces that allow scaling to support hundreds of thousands of concurrent users.
- Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack.
- Plan the growth of infrastructure.
- Have strong scripting skills.
- Think about systems-edge cases, failure modes, behaviors, and specific implementations.
- Know your way around Linux and the Unix Shell.
- Run our infrastructure with Kubernetes.
- Improving our Prometheus Monitoring or building new Metrics
- Have an urge to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
- Good understanding of monitoring, provisioning, configuring, and bringing end-to-end stack on the cloud.
